About Us

Ease and Flow Yoga was established in June 2020, classes commenced in September 2020 in the Swansea Memorial Hall

In August 2021 our boutique studio was ready to open, until Covid put us into lock down.

We opened in October 2021 and are welcoming all our new and returning yogis into our calm,  nurturing space, where we hope that you can find just what you need to calm your mind, move your body and get in touch with your breath.

If you are a beginner, learn yoga with us.  If you are a regular practitioner, grow your practice with us.

In December of 2025 the studio was closed for a move to Burrum Heads, QLD

This is not so much an end as a new beginning .

May your bodies be strong
Your minds be still and
May you flow through life with ease and peace
From my heart to yours

Namaste

Helen is a certified and passionate yoga teacher who has been dedicated to her personal yoga practice for over a decade. Her journey began long before completing her Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training, and as a lifelong student of yoga, she continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study and professional development.

Helen has undertaken additional training in Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Back Wellness Yoga, Chair Yoga, as well as Mental Health and Trauma-Aware Yoga. This diverse background enables her to create classes that are accessible, supportive, and responsive to the unique needs of each student.

Whether guiding those stepping onto the mat for the first time or supporting experienced practitioners in deepening their practice, Helen encourages mindful movement, conscious breathing, and self-awareness. Her teaching fosters a safe and inclusive environment where students can reconnect with their bodies, cultivate inner calm, and build resilience both on and off the mat.

Helen firmly believes that yoga is for everybody. Her classes are designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity while helping students develop sustainable practices that support everyday wellbeing.

For Helen, yoga is far more than a physical practice—it is a way of life. Through the integration of mind, body, and breath, yoga helps her remain present, find balance, and cultivate a sense of peace and wellbeing that she is passionate about sharing with others.
